What is bent arm strength training?

It’s the ability to generate force with the arms while the elbows are bent. This type of training is used in exercises such as push ups, pull ups, dips, and bicep curls where the arms are bending during the movement. If you’re a trainer, fitness enthusiast, or anyone wanting to learn the basics of gymnastics strength training, this will be a great workshop for you!

dURING THE WORKSHOP, YOU WILL LEARN

  1. Physical Preparation: Warmup and mobility preparation for GST.

  2. Gymnastics Strength Fundamentals: Master the basics of push ups, dips, rows and pull ups.

  3. Bent Arm Strength Skills: Crow holds, headstands, shoulderstand, chin up level and pullover.

  4. Gymnastics Core Basics: Hollow, superman, and deadbug.

  5. Basic Training Routine: Organize a structured training routine tailored to your level.

  6. Expert Coaching: Receive personalized advice from experienced GST trainers.
