The Kazam Fundamentals
Our training focuses on four key areas: strength, handstands, mobility, and core. These are the foundations of achieving long-term success.
Strength
Strength training is essential for building resilience to meet the physical demands of gymnastics. It's the heart of everything we do at Kazam.Handstands
A solid handstand builds control, balance, and body awareness. The best gymnasts in the world have the best handstands. Master this, and you will unlock a whole world of skills.Mobility
Mobility is crucial to preventing injuries and will give you more room to play and explore with more advanced movement.
Core
Your core is what brings the skills together. Whether it’s a handstand, muscle-up, or a back handspring, a strong core will take your training to the next level.
We also offer specialty classes like Tumbling, Rings Strength, Conditioning, and Yoga Tune-Up to help you explore new challenges and keep training exciting.

The Kazam Levels System
Progress doesn’t happen overnight, and that’s where our Levels System comes in. Every skill is broken down into manageable steps so you always know where you’re headed and how to get there.
Start with Level 1 classes (Strength and Handstands) to build a rock-solid base.
Train consistently for 3–6 months before moving on to Level 2, ensuring your body is physically prepared and ready for the next challenge.
Each level includes specific goals and prerequisites to help you measure progress and stay motivated.
